The problem
DFPH runs a coaching platform, and a platform like that is never one feature. Mentees needed tools to work through their decisions, coaches needed a clear way to review that work, the community on Discord needed to be connected to the app, and new features had to keep landing as the platform grew.
What I built
I work as DFPH's developer across the whole platform. That has included a visual workflow editor mentees draw in and coaches review as plain text, a run of new features across the app, a Discord bot that serves the community where it already gathers, and an AI agent that is now in progress.
The outcome
Instead of a one-off build, DFPH has one developer who knows the platform end to end, so each new feature builds on the last. Members see the results in the app and inside Discord, and the client's own words are in the testimonial.
