What it is for
Most people know something in the week is slower than it should be, without knowing what to ask a developer for. The assistant works backwards from that: it asks about how the business runs now, where the time goes, and what you want to be true instead.
What you get out of it
A short written brief: the business, the current process, the problem, and the outcome you are after. Nothing is sent to me until you have read that brief and approved it. You can throw the conversation away at any point and start again.
Is it accurate?
Not always. It is a starting point for a conversation, not advice, and it can be wrong. Anything that matters gets checked by me on a call. How the conversation is stored and deleted is covered in the privacy notice.
Would you rather not use it?
