What the audit actually is
- What does it cost?
- Nothing, and it does not commit you to anything. If I do not see something worth fixing I will tell you that rather than invent a project.
- What do I get back?
- A short written reply naming the clearest bottleneck I can see and what I would fix first, in plain language rather than a technical spec.
- How long does it take?
- I usually reply within one business day.
- What do you need from me?
- Enough context to picture how the business runs now: what you sell, how customers reach you, and which part of the week eats the most time.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. Describe the problem the way you would to a friend. Working out what to build is my job, not yours.
- What if I already know what I want?
- Then skip this and tell me directly on a call, or write it down on the project page. The audit is for when the problem is clear but the fix is not.
