Privacy and Cookie Notice

This notice explains how Jeshua Galao, operating as Jdump Studio, handles personal information submitted through this portfolio and its AI project assistant. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to jeshua21903@gmail.com.

Information collected

• Messages sent to the AI assistant and project details you choose to provide.
• Microphone audio streamed to Cloudflare for live transcription and spoken responses, plus the resulting conversation transcript.
• Name, email address, business type, current process, problem, and desired outcome when you approve a project brief.
• Contact and scheduling details submitted through inquiry, audit, or booking forms.
• Limited technical information processed by hosting and security providers, such as IP address, request time, and browser information.

How information is used

Information is used to answer inquiries, understand potential projects, arrange calls, deliver approved project briefs, prevent abuse, protect the service, and follow up about work you requested. It is not sold or used for third-party advertising.

AI processing

Assistant messages are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate responses and prepare a project brief. AI responses may be inaccurate. No decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made solely by the assistant. A brief is sent only after you review and approve it.

Service providers

Information may be processed by Cloudflare for hosting, security, AI, and durable storage; Resend for email delivery; and Google Calendar for scheduling. These providers process information to operate the requested service and may process it in countries where they maintain infrastructure.

Retention

Text conversation records are deleted when you confirm a new conversation and otherwise expire after 30 days. Live voice transcripts are deleted when the call ends. The browser session identifier remains on your device until it is replaced or cleared. Approved project briefs, inquiries, and booking records are generally retained for up to 12 months, or longer when needed for an active client relationship, legal obligation, dispute, or security investigation.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not currently use cookies. It uses functional local storage to remember the current assistant session and session storage to restore page position during navigation. Because these technologies support requested site functions, there is no optional-cookie banner. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this notice and the consent controls will be updated first.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, including encrypted transport, limited service access, rate limiting, input validation, and provider security controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or object to or withdraw consent for processing where applicable. Use “New conversation” to delete the current assistant conversation, or email the address above for another request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This service is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 18. Please do not submit a child’s personal information.

Changes

This notice may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
