Start with the real problem
Let's find what should work better.
I'll come to your business and see the process first hand. Choose a time that works for you and you'll receive a Google Calendar invitation with the address after booking.
What to expect
The whole thing takes about an hour and costs nothing.
- How long is the visit?
- About an hour, so there is time to watch the work happen rather than only talk about it.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. The visit is a conversation, not billed work.
- What should I prepare?
- Nothing. It helps if I can be there while the shop is actually running, because the friction shows up in the busy hour, not the quiet one.
- Who should be there?
- Whoever actually does the work. The person handling bookings or messages usually knows the real bottleneck better than anyone.
- What happens after?
- I follow up in writing with what I would build first and what it would cost. If nothing is worth building yet, I will tell you that instead.
