Most Facebook Page bots reply instantly with canned answers, and it shows. After chatting with other Pages, the experience felt default: no pacing, no awareness, and no clean way for a human to step in.

Outcome

Customers get a conversation that feels human instead of automated, and the owner stays in control: the bot only resumes after the owner leaves, with a grace period so replies never overlap.

Problem

ROX needed a stronger digital presence, but I had no warm introduction or finished portfolio to rely on. I reached out with a working demo instead of a sales pitch.

The work earned ROX's trust, turned one proactive idea into a real client relationship, and opened conversations about loyalty and future business systems.

Valley Aroma needed a clear café presence online, plus a simple way for regulars to collect stamps and come back without managing a paper card.

Outcome

The shop got both a public site and a working loyalty system in one delivery, tying the brand experience to repeat visits. The café is live at valley-aroma.com.

Problem

In a coaching platform, mentees needed to map if/else decision workflows on a canvas, while coaches needed that same logic as reviewable text they could copy and discuss, not screenshots or a separate diagram tool.

Outcome

Mentees draw workflows visually; coaches copy Mermaid logic as text. The dual representation, visual editor plus text DSL, ships with auth, persistence, and share routes as production wiring.

Coordinators and teachers needed a clearer way to monitor students during work immersion without relying on scattered updates and manual checking.

It was deployed on the college server and used in their workflow, proving I could take a complex operational system from idea to real implementation.
